I am leaving for our annual girls' trip to Florida in less than 2 days and instead of using this quiet moment to pack and plan I am, ridiculously, blogging.
Why?
Because I can't in good conscience let that Tennessee Williams poem languish any longer on the screen and also because I am notorious for finding ways to needlessly squander my time so that no matter what I am frantically rushing in the eleventh hour. I keep telling myself that I am actually ahead of the game because I never unpacked the suitcase I took to Hawaii. It has been over 2 weeks and still it sits, in my closet, unzipped, ransacked, but possibly full of enough clothes to get me through the next 10 days.

I swear...you travel more than ANYONE I know...I am so happy for you. Have so much fun!
I sort of hate you. "My bag from Hawaii is sitting in the closet, and I have to leave for Florida in the morning. Ugh, what I am going to do?" I, unlike little Miss Goddard girl, am not really happy for you, I want to go with you and bask in the sunshine while we laugh our heads off at the awkward people on the beach and sip mojito's. And discuss the life and times of the 1st ward, and all that our future holds. Someday. Someday. Until then I will just roll my eyes while reading about your bag woes and wish it was me.
You are cracking me up with all your comments on my blog. I did the same thing when I passed you the other day: I realized it was you, waved, then thought, "Wait, that WAS Heather!" and I thought about turning around also. I was at my mom's stealing eggs and Diet Coke. It's a recession; why buy when you can borrow?
We should arrange some swim dates in your hood this summer. I love it when no one's there but us, but I know my girls would love to play with your girly-girls. Seriously, why were we never friends when I lived fifty feet away? I think your OC self was too cool for me.
Luxe leather trim and a multitude of pockets define this Polo Ralph Lauren vest's utility-chic look. Layer it over a button-up or a dress to enhance warmth and style in equal measure faux fur vest
